Birthday Cake Ingredients
1 form of sponge cake 400g approx.
milk q.b
400g cream or vanilla ice cream flavor
Strawberries q.b.
Bananas q.b.
500ml fresh cream
dark chocolate flakes q.b.
Preparation
Cut the form of sponge cake into three layers.
If you need to wet the sponge with a little milk to soften it.
Alternate layers of sponge cake, with ice cream and a few slices of strawberry and banana filling and finishing with covering the last layer of sponge cake.
Let the cake rest in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Whip the cream.
Cover the cake with whipped cream and garnish with more sliced strawberries and bananas.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve.
