Chocolate Cake

This recipe I used the convent pastries to savor this delicious chocolate cake. A simple cake with few elements, but with which we get a delicious bite. Today we traveled to convents Asturian.


200 grams of flour
30 grams of cocoa bitter
5 eggs
100 grams of butter
330 grams of milk
200 grams of sugar
1 above and using yeast

For completion:

icing sugar


Put the butter in a saucepan over low heat, wait for it to melt and and remove from heat. In another bowl mix the melted butter with the sugar and stir until we obtain a very smooth cream. Beat the eggs separately and add them to the mixture. Meanwhile dilute cocoa milk.

Furthermore, the yeast mixed with flour. In large bowl mix well all ingredients linking them great. Work the dough for a few minutes.

We prepare a mold spread with butter. It check the dough in pan and bake at 160 degrees (we have previously heated) for about 40-50 minutes, will depend on our oven. We check if the pierced with a toothpick comes out dry.

When cool sprinkle with icing sugar to taste.
