Easy Cheesecake - Recipe and Preparation
Ingredients for Cheesecake
Plain yogurt * 1
* 250 grams of fresh cheese spreads
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
* Cream 250 ml
* 100 grams of strawberry jam
1 tablespoon butter
* 1 cup milk
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup flour
* 1 cup sugar
Preparation of Cheesecake
Mix all ingredients except butter, bread crumbs and jam with mixer until a homogeneous mixture. Then grease a baking sheet with butter ripple type and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour the mixture into the mold and stick it in the oven for 25 minutes at 250 degrees. Over time remove it from the oven and let cool slightly. When cold cover it with jam.
