Orange Mascarpone Cake Recipe


4 eggs
150 g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla
three oranges
the grated rind of an orange
the juice of 2 oranges '
100 g flour
100 g cornflour
16 g baking powder

For the cream

250 g mascarpone
200 ml whipped cream
3 fresh eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of salt

Preparing Cake with orange mascarpone cream filled.
First grate the peel of an orange, spremetela and collect the juice in a glass.
